Gauntlet 

​

Strength & Conditioning sessions designed to help develop your muscles, build strength and tone. Not to mention, the use of weights is always an exciting plus.

​

80/20 

A combination of the Gauntlet and Killer Kardio with flexibility and muscle recovery built-in. You’ll spend half the class killing it and the other half working out the kinks, stretching, foam rolling and addressing any injuries.

​

Killer Kardio 

Think of high-intensity interval training at its max. This class focuses on developing your lung capacity and stamina through a non-stop barrage of butt-kicking. Little to no weights in this class, you’ll be utilizing your entire body to incinerate calories.

​

Trainer's Choice

Muhahahaha. Just joking. Well not really. This class is basically whatever the trainer feels like doing that day. Some days may focus on a trainer’s strong suit such as dance, martial arts or acrobatics, or it may be more geared towards an event we’re training for.
