Training Regimens

Gauntlet:

 

Strength & Conditioning class. This class you will work on developing and building your muscle strength. Now ladies, don’t go getting all worried about getting bulky ‘cuz that’s not going to happen. These classes focus more on weightlifting, kettlebells, and muscle conditioning for strength and tone.

Killer Kardio:

 

Think of high-intensity interval training at its max. This class focuses on developing your lung capacity and stamina through a non-stop barrage of butt kicking. Little to no weights in this class, you’ll be utilizing your entire body to incinerate calories.

50/50:

 

A combination of the Gauntlet and Killer Kardio with flexibility and muscle recovery built in. You’ll spend half the class killing it and the other half working out the kinks, stretching, foam rolling and addressing any injuries.

Trainer’s Choice:

 

Muhahahaha. Just joking. Well not really. :-) But this class is basically whatever the trainer feels like doing that day. Some days may focus on a trainer’s strong suit such as dance, martial arts or acrobatics or may be more geared towards an event we’re training for.
